Kowsar Eftekhari, a 22-year-old woman actor the one who lost one of her eyes during the 2022 protests in Iran when the agents of the Islamic Republic shot her in the eye. The Islamic Republic sentenced Kowsar to prison, and she is temporarily free by posting heavy financial bail, and she had to flee Iran and is currently in Germany.

Kosar did not remain silent and has been invited to various parliaments, becoming the voice of Iranian women and the people of Iran together with Sima.
