With the Taliban’s return to power in 2021, Tahmineh organized protests to amplify the voices of Afghan women and later traveled to Kabul to meet with local activists, a trip that further fueled her commitment. Upon her return, she renamed her organization "Empowerment For Her" and intensified her efforts to support Afghan women.

Her notable initiatives include:

Establishing 50 micro-businesses in Afghanistan to provide women and families with income opportunities.
Producing and distributing reusable menstrual products and educational materials for girls.
Organizing discussions with international politicians and UN officials, conferences, and awareness-raising events on Afghan women's rights.
Writing over 20 articles in Danish newspapers and frequently appearing as a guest on Danish news channels to discuss Afghanistan.
