Melika Zarr, an LGBTQ activist & director of @6rangiran, joined the #UnitedAgainstGenderApartheid campaign to be the voice of all the women who have been suffering in silence under the Islamic Regime for their gender identity or face persecution & execution. Melika talks about how she had to hide who she was for as long as she lived as she knew she would have no safety or rights as her true self in a Gender Apartheid Regime.
