SarehSedighi is an LGBTQ Rights Activist, a former prisoner in the Islamic Regime and sentenced to a death sentence, in danger of being executed for more than 500 days for her gender identity and her activism for LGBTQ people. Sarah was married off at the age of 14 and is a mother to 2 young children. She joined the #UnitedAgainstGenderApartheid Campaign to lend the campaign her voice and her courage to help raise awareness about the torture, forced marriages, forced transition of Gay and Lesbian individuals, imprisonment, rape, and death threats people like her face.
