As a former member of Iran’s national football team who was expelled for simply showing my hair, I can no longer stand by and watch my fellow athletes compete under the forced hijab at the Olympics. My story is a testament to how, even with empty hands, we can resist and challenge the oppressive forces of the Mullahs and the Taliban. It’s time the world hears our voices and supports our fight for freedom.
