Sima Moradbeigi

Brief info

Sima Moradbeigi, a 25-year-old, mother to a young daughter, took to the streets during the "Women Life Freedom" 2022 revolution to protest against the oppressive regime. Khamenei's agents attached a gun to Sima from close range, binding her hand to the bullet barrage. Sima has over 200 rubber bullets in her hand, having lost her joint and elbow.
Faced with threats and pressure from the regime, Sima was forced to flee Iran. She escaped to Iraqi Kurdistan, and Germany granted her asylum. Sima now lives in Germany with her daughter.

Sima did not remain silent after this and has been invited to various parliaments, becoming the voice of Iranian women and the people of Iran.
